Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellation of conference registration before 22nd August 2025 will result in a full refund minus a $150 administration fee.
Cancellations after 22nd August and before the 1st September 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the total conference cost.
Cancellations after the 1st September will not be eligible for a refund.
The Conference in-person seating availability has been reached. Virtual attendance is still available.
Please note from Monday 28 July attendance at the dinner cannot be guaranteed for those registering for "All day registrations". The venue for the dinner has a 150 seat capacity. A waitlist will be applied in case seats become available.
Please note the following:
- Payment can be by credit card or Account to Account payment.
- The early bird rate closed on 31 July.
- Members you must be logged in to obtain the membership rates.

The "all days" rate is for the 3 days of conference Fri/Sat/Sun
- The Pre-conference workshop is an in-person event only.
