Join Our Dynamic Hand Therapy Team!

Are you an energetic and passionate Hand Therapist (or Hand Therapist in training) looking for your next challenge? We have an opening for a professional to join our vibrant team in Southland! At Windsor Physio, we’re all about delivering exceptional care and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.

Windsor Physio is the sole provider of hand therapy in the Southland region, so you’ll be playing a vital role in helping our patients recover, thrive, and achieve their best possible outcomes. We have a close working relationship with our local hospital, GPs and orthopaedic surgeons.

You’ll be joining our team of skilled Hand Therapists, with some having up to 30 years in the field, providing you with plenty of opportunities for mentorship, learning, and support from experienced clinicians. You will experience a full and varied caseload, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expand your expertise.

The position offered can be full or part time with a negotiable start date and we’re happy to welcome applicants who may not yet be fully registered. If you’re partway through your training, we’d still love to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in creating personalised patient treatment plans

• A team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• A good understanding of splinting techniques or a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area

• A strong commitment to ongoing education and staying ahead of the latest treatment methods and research

• NZ registration or eligibility to apply for full hand therapy registration (or currently in training)

Why Windsor Physio?

We’re a DAA Group certified clinic, and we offer an amazing work culture and a range of fantastic benefits, including:

• Competitive annual salary

• $1500 annual education allowance to support your continuous learning

• Payment of professional membership fees

• Flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance

• A friendly, dedicated and supportive team

• An active social club that brings our team together

• Relocation support for the right candidate

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work in an established practice with a team that values collaboration, compassion, and patient-centred care, we want to hear from you!
