About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Registered Hand Therapist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team at Tui Allied Health. This full-time position offers the change to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality care to help people regain function and quality of life.

What you'll do:

• Develop and deliver effective, evidence-based hand therapy treatment plans

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and patient reports

• Apply sound knowledge of ACC obligations, policies, and guidelines

• Build strong relationships with referrers and patients

• Manage your workload effectively

• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support a collaborative, positive team environment

About you:

• Degree or relevant qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate

• Member or registration with Hand Therapy New Zealand, PBNZ or OTNZ

• Proven experience in Hand Therapy

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• A proactive, positive approach to leadership and teamwork
