About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Registered Hand Therapist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team at Tui Allied Health. This full-time position offers the change to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality care to help people regain function and quality of life.
What you'll do:
Develop and deliver effective, evidence-based hand therapy treatment plans
Complete accurate clinical documentation and patient reports
Apply sound knowledge of ACC obligations, policies, and guidelines
Build strong relationships with referrers and patients
Manage your workload effectively
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
Support a collaborative, positive team environment
About you:
Degree or relevant qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
Current Annual Practicing Certificate
Member or registration with Hand Therapy New Zealand, PBNZ or OTNZ
Proven experience in Hand Therapy
Excellent interpersonal skills
A proactive, positive approach to leadership and teamwork
