We're on the lookout for registered physiotherapists and occupational therapists to join us as Associate Hand Therapists. No prior hand therapy experience? No problem — this is a training role, with mentoring, structured development, and a clear pathway toward Registered Hand Therapist status.

 

We've got multiple positions across:

• Albany
• Westgate
• South Auckland

 

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting patients with a wide range of hand and upper limb injuries
• Providing splinting, exercise-based rehab, post-op care and education
• Working closely with experienced hand therapists in a supportive team environment
• Joining regular in-house education, peer support sessions and learning from some of the best in the field
• Building confidence and skill as you progress toward becoming a registered hand therapist

 

What you'll bring:

• Registration as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a current APC
• A genuine interest in hand therapy
• Great communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
