Are you thinking about a job change?  Aspire to progress your Hand Therapy career? Eager to treat a larger variety of hand and upper limb conditions (our clinic is like working in a hospital as well as private practice).  Hands Out West has a number of opportunities across all our clinics for therapists with different levels of experience.  From Senior Hand Therapist to someone on the way to achieving Registered Hand Therapist status or at the beginning of their Hand Therapy journey.

As a senior Hand Therapist, you will manage a varied caseload of clients with the opportunity to be involved in mentoring and teaching junior therapists and in the management of the clinics if desired. For the novice hand therapist, you will have experience in a musculoskeletal environment, a current APC and willingness to learn new skills. We provide a structured programme of in clinic learning including weekly tutorials, mentoring and supervision with experienced clinicians. You will be funded to complete the requirements to attain registered Hand Therapist status. As well as a competitive salary we also pay PNZ/OTNZ membership, Hand Therapy New Zealand membership and your Annual Practicing certificate with ongoing contribution to CPD.

Hands Out West is a clinic specialising in the treatment of the hand and upper limb. We have been providing hand therapy in West Auckland since 1998 and now have clinics in Henderson, New Lynn and Westgate/Hobsonville. We have a team of experienced friendly supportive therapists and full-time administration support.
