At Auckland Hand Rehab, we are growing and seeking passionate therapists to join our team across our Remuera and Rosedale clinics, both located within busy Urgent Care centres, providing direct access to acute injury referrals, fracture management, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

We welcome applications from both experienced Registered Hand Therapists and physiotherapists looking to develop specialist skills and progress toward Registered Hand Therapist status.

For Registered Hand Therapists

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload ranging from acute upper limb injuries through to complex post-operative rehabilitation, working closely with urgent care doctors, GPs, orthopaedic hand surgeons, and allied health clinicians in a highly collaborative clinical environment.

There is also opportunity, if desired, to be involved in:
• Mentoring and supervising junior therapists
• Teaching and in-clinic education
• Leadership and clinic management opportunities as the business grows

For Physiotherapists Seeking to Specialise in Hand Therapy

If you have:
• A background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• A current APC
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop specialist upper limb expertise

We offer a structured in-clinic development programme including:
• Weekly tutorials and case discussions
• Mentoring and supervision from experienced clinicians
• Hands-on clinical teaching
• Supported progression toward Registered Hand Therapist status
• Funding and support to complete registration requirements
